Returns: You may return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we will unfortunately be unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition, with its original packaging intact. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund if the returned item is damaged or not in its original condition as described.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
If your returned item is damaged or in abnormal condition when sent back to us, we may issue a partial refund or no refund. At our discretion, we may donate, dispose of, or return the item to you, but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Refunds may take some time to officially post. Then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ClikCase@outlook.com.
Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for the same product (different color/size), please email us at ClikCase@outlook.com and send your item to our designated warehouse. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you are eligible for a return, please mail your product to our designated warehouse.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In special cases where we provide a return shipping label upon your request, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping is at your own risk; we do not guarantee receipt of your returned package.
We are not responsible for lost or non-delivered returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over HK$600.
Return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer if the return is due to personal reasons. The exact cost depends on the shipping company you choose. No shipping fee will be charged if the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
