Payment Methods


ClikCase accepts payments via Discover, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.

Order Modifications


Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If you notice any errors, contact us immediately at ClikCase@outlook.com.

Due to our automated order system, orders are sent directly to our fulfillment department right after submission. We cannot modify orders once they have been processed.

Discounts & Coupon Codes


If you have trouble applying a coupon code, please make sure you enter it exactly in the field labeled “Enter discount code.”

We cannot adjust payment or discount information after your order has been submitted.

Billing


Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the total order amount at checkout.

This is an immediate authorization hold, not an actual charge.

Additional security checks are performed by our system. If your order is not approved, it will not be processed, and you will not be charged.

The pre-authorization hold will remain visible for 2–3 business days before being automatically removed.

Your card will only be charged once your order ships.

Why My Order Was Not Processed


Common reasons for a failed order:

  • Billing address does not match the address on your card statement
  • Insufficient funds
  • Incorrect security code (3 digits on the back for most cards; 4 digits on the front for Amex)
  • Invalid card number or expiration date

If you see a pending authorization but your order was not successful, don’t worry — you have not been charged. These holds will disappear within 2–3 business days.
